Fascination

The more my ability to just observe, both myself and other human beings, grows...the more fascinated I become.
 We're All here for such a short moment in time yet we choose to give our attention to things that don't really matter and that are, more often than not, detrimental to our own growth.
 Only when we decide to take our attention away from what doesn't matter and place it fully on what does, in every given moment, can we expect to perceive a reality that each of us truly longs for at the core of our being. and in the process add to the Whole in a meaningful way.

Worrying or Caring?

I gave up worrying about anyone a long time ago. Because I realized that worrying was participating in creating a future for someone that they really didn't want.
 This in no way meant I ever stopped caring. I came to realize that worrying was inferring that they did not have the potential to create all that their heart desired ( and everyone has that potential) and was born out of a place of pity.
 Caring, on the other hand, is born from a place of compassion and concern and merely says "I understand and empathize". And as a human being ( which I chose to experience ) I will never stop caring...that's just who I Am :)

Something beyond it All

Not tangible...but it's there.

Try to articulate it and it eludes verbal expression.

Try to grasp it but it disperses like a dandelion in the breeze

Try to mold it and it becomes like a misshapen vessel.

To taste it is to savor the sweetest nectar.

Hold it tight and suffocation ensues

But given away freely... One's own true nature is revealed.

Walls

We put them up pretty fast and sometimes if we're lucky begin to take them down one brick at a time. But maybe, just maybe, when we're willing to let the whole lot come crashing down, we can see the naked truth exposed for what it is...NOTHING.

Who You Are Not Is Really Who You Are

Those who can consciously explore who they are not, discover who they Are.

Wonder

Children so afraid to trust what is REAL, but until we do we'll always just wonder....

Ending or Beginning?

The end of something always signifies a beginning of something else.

I Know

The Heart knows in a way the mind can never comprehend.

Faith

Faith isn't about believing - when everything is going right. Faith is about Believing - when everything seems to be going wrong. Do I Believe in Heaven on earth? You better Believe it!

Unexplainable

Real Love is unexplainable... It isn't bound by the law of cause and effect and mere words will never describe it.

Tears...so many shed, but much needed to release the illusion.

Once upon a time...Happily ever after

I believe that Once upon a time we all came into this physical reality with an unbounded spirit and a will to live the life of our dreams... but we bought into the illusion and allowed fear, and not Love, be our guide. But I still believe that Happily ever after is possible if we're willing to look that fear (illusion) in the face and step into the reality that we know we came here to experience and Let Love lead the Way.

Sixth Sense

At times I feel a breeze on my skin when the leaves are perfectly still,
I hear a whisper in my ear when there's no-one around,
A sweet taste on my tongue when nothing is consumed,
The smell of lilacs in the air in the depth of Winter,
 A vibrant aliveness to all that appears solid,
Am I dreaming? Or is everyone else?

Self-Realization

Spirit never fails to reward every genuine step taken toward self-realization.

Strength

Strength of spirit can only be realized in the face of adversity.

Mistakes??

When we allow the heart to decide and not the mind...there are no mistakes.

Salvation

Salvation...the word itself implies there is something to be saved from. The irony is that when we realize there is nothing to be saved from we ultimately obtain salvation. Our true being is Spirit and needs no saving. Only when we fully allow that Spirit to come forth in physical expression are we 'saved' from something that was never real in the first place. The idea of salvation therefore only exists when we choose to believe the illusion. And often the salvation we're looking for lies within the one thing in this physical plane that we've spent a lifetime avoiding and running from...face that fear!

Authenticity and Self acceptance

As humans we spend so much time and energy trying to live up to a desired image that we think will make us happy and fulfilled. Not realizing that lasting happiness can only be found when we are completely natural or authentic. This means embracing and fully accepting all aspects of the multifaceted being we are. This being doesn't need to live up to any image...good or bad, beautiful or ugly. Until we reach a place of complete self-acceptance we cannot live a life of authenticity or Love. As our own self-acceptance grows our capacity to love grows accordingly. And only when we fully love ourselves can we fully love another.

To Love

To truly love means to hold a vision of the other in their highest potentiality, irregardless of the superficiality and negativity their ego presents through fear and ignorance. Only true perfection of beingness can exist in love, and to view another as less than that is not real Love.

Listening

Real listening is not a faculty of the physical senses...when the Heart and Soul hears, only then is there understanding :)

Life and Death

In this physical world Life and Death are usually perceived as opposites. The truth is Life has no opposite...Life and Love are one and the same. Birth and Death are the same point in the circle, the rest of the circle is Life or Love... the only true reality. The beginning and end are one and the same, meeting at the only point that exists...the Eternal Now :)
