Complement with an "e".

The trouble with most relationships are that most are looking for another exactly like them but no two pieces of a puzzle are ever exactly the same...or they just wouldn't fit together. Most people gravitate toward those who are the "same" or clone images of their own ego or worse yet they struggle, futilely, trying to make the other the same. The most successful relationships are those who are a complement to each other ( not the exact same), and they allow the other to be their own person...in fact they encourage it. As a result both are secure in their role within the relationship and have genuine appreciation and respect for their partner...Loving and Giving are natural byproducts.

Bit of a Puzzle since it always comes back

I have to admit it puzzles me a little when people say something and then pretend they didn't say it or write something and then delete it...nothing disappears. What's put out to the ether, reverberates and always comes back in kind, no use pretending...self delusion at it's best. Honesty with oneself and the courage to look at one's own self delusions is the golden key but most would rather stay in their self created prison when the key's right in front of their eyes...now that's what I call crazy.

Vulnerabilities

The one thing I've observed in every human being I've ever encountered is that we all have an inherent need, as humans, to know that someone actually gives a fuck...no exceptions. The male of the species have a harder time acknowledging this because they've been conditioned to believe that they have to be 'powerful' and can't show vulnerability. For females it's probably a little easier because most are in touch with a natural maternal instinct. We are here as spiritual beings but we're here for a human experience with all that entails, and maybe just being there for each other, in whatever capacity is required, is all we can really do.

Nothing excluded

There's a certain sense of satisfaction writing stuff that nobody reads. Most seem to write so that others 'get' them...a need to feel popular or recognized I guess. The groups on social media are still the same as high school...the cool kids, the nerds, the rebels, the good kids, the bad kids, gravitating toward their own little group and still excluding anyone they deem different and ironically calling themselves "awake". Never fully belonged to any of them because there was undoubtedly a bit of me in each, now I can look at each bemusedly and honestly say I Am 'that' I Am ...the potential for all exists in each one of us. Till fully accepted and integrated, freedom will never reign :)

Senseless but Thankful

How can we make sense of that which doesn't make sense? We can't. Maybe in the realization and acceptance of the fact that we can't and that some things are beyond our control we can at least find peace. Maybe the only question on this journey we need to ask is if not Now then when? Tomorrow is promised to no-one... Now is all that we have. Cherish every single person that we hold close and never take a moment for granted, because we never know when it will be the last.

Rock Steady

No-One or Nothing can throw me off Centre. Just maybe I needed the drama to see through it...they're all just hurting but I can be the anchor. Love Never Fails.

The same but different

No-One belongs on a pedestal and No-One is less than the Other. Any great leader and truly successful person knows this. Every part is needed to make the wheel turn and every system only operates optimally when every part is allowed to function naturally,whether in business or personal relationships. Any truly enlightened person knows this...they treat the Dalai Lama and the Pope the same as the homeless man on the street.

Real

The eyes don't really see, the ears don't really hear and the mouth doesn't speak real words until the heart opens...the senses are only truly alive when in touch with the heart.

Teachers

Pinnacle

As we move closer to the pinnacle of Consciousness awakening to itself, the old way of being will pull out all stops in it's struggle to hold on to it's false perceived sense of power. We cannot step into a new Way of Being until we let go of the old one. A last ditch attempt by the old always ensues before the Truth is realized. Only those brave enough to truly let go will see the new reality.
