Having always loved shopping for new things but feeling guilty about accumulating stuff or worse yet being attached to it, in recent months I've come up with a wonderful solution that works beautifully. Every time I buy something, either for myself the house or the kids, I give something else away. It works wonderfully because I get to enjoy what I buy, without accumulating more or being attached to it, because I give it away eventually... everything just keeps moving and eventually someone else gets to enjoy it :)
