We can't make the journey within and expect things to remain the same without.
Ever fear will present itself over and over in one form or another until it is faced head on and seen for the illusion that it is. We crave growth but, when the winds of change come blowing our way, we resist the very thing that will set us free.
Avoidance and defensiveness are the two greatest weapons the ego possesses. We'd probably all be doing one another a favour if we walked around with...Fragile, handle with care- I'm in my ego tatooed on our foreheads, in those moments of defensiveness.
But once again this week Spirit never fails to show me how much I have grown. When I can witness those who have hurt me in the past experiencing their own struggle but feel no consolation in it and hope they find their answers. And when I can truly realize fully that everything had to be as it was for me to be here Now...the unfolding continues :)
